What is your return policy?
We guarantee your satisfaction in our products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund of the product/products returned. Your original shipping fees and return shipping fees will not be returned. 

Please note that items may vary slightly in color or appearance, and names may vary as upgrades to existing models are made without notice.

What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Paypal, credit cards, and checks.  Credit card payments will be processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account in order to pay by credit card.  Orders paid for by check will not be shipped out until after your check has been received and processed.

How do you ship items?
All orders are shipped via UPS. During checkout, you can choose different options for your shipment from standard Ground shipment to Next Day Early AM delivery.  Items are shipped from Southern California, so delivery time for UPS Ground depends on your delivery location.  Please view www.ups.com for more information on approximate Ground delivery times.  All delivery times are based on when your order is shipped out.

How quickly will my order be processed?
Depending on product availability, processing times vary.  Please allow one business day for processing of your order.  As a rule we never ship orders on the day they were placed. There are however some cases where an order was shipped on the day it was placed.  (Those people were LUCKY)

 If you have a special rush request, please contact us. We will make every effort to help you.  We understand the film industry and will do our best.

What countries do you ship to?
The stunt Equipment Shop ships ANYWHERE in the world (people ask us all the time if we ship to distant countries).

Can I see shipping charges before I place my order?
All shipping options and charges are shown before your payment is made. Shipping charges are calculated based on the shipping address you provide. On the Delivery Information page during checkout, you will be given a list to choose from of all available shipping options to your location. The rates shown are total shipping charges, and no additional delivery fees will be added beyond the stated charges.  These shipping charges will also appear on the Payment and Confirmation pages for you to review during checkout and can be changed prior to final payment if you decide on using a different shipping level.  Shipping charges will also appear on your final order receipt.

Am I able to print my own invoice for my order?
When you sign up for a Stunt Equipment Shop customer account, all of your shop orders will be stored in the Order History area of your account.  When logged in, you will be able to view and print out any past or currently processing orders.  Click the "View" button for details of your order and a breakdown of charges. You will also receive an email confirmation with your order details.
